- Moved buildApiParams() from DataForSeoApiClient to BaseApiClient
- Modified buildApiParams() to use merged `allExcludedArgs` in all three modes
  (previously only mode 2 used the merged args, this was likely an unintentional oversight)
- Added ZyteApiClient class
