WAIP (TNX) but how to load a Province in the award?

How do I upload the Italian provinces so that they are recognized by the WAIP award file

They should have loaded during the database upgrade with the new version 51. It is driven by the abbreviation in the secondary subdivision field which the adif spec refers to as STATE. Notice the AV in the example

I don't think so. The WAIp follows the Province as if it were a state. But the Italian calls are almost all the same with different provinces. It's not like the WAAC is country: prefix = Country. While the WAIP are Provinces. For example, IK8 or IZ8 or IU8 or IW8 etc. It could be Caserta or Catanzaro or Cosenza, 3 different provinces. There are no plans to implement generic Awards, because each Award has its own specific requirements that must be handled in the code.

I agree with you, but I don't think this type of Award should be managed by code; I've discussed it with some computer-savvy friends.
Once the individual Awards (list) have been loaded, it would be enough to create an option called "Custom" within the QSO entry. Within Custom, the list of loaded Awards appears, and the user chooses the Award to assign to the QSO.
Many users create numerous awards, most of which aren't supported in station logs.

The STATE field that is inserted in the QSO entry could be generic. In fact, QLOG has the WAS (American States) diploma in its list, so when entering an American QSO the user will have to enter CT, AZ, OH, MD, etc. etc.
