WinKeyer USB - Option to disable tone completely

It would be nice to have an option which completely disables the WinKeyer sidetone so that the user can hear only their radio's sidetone.

b495381 added the ability to disable the WinKeyer sidetone when sending from QLog's CW Console by enabling a new"Paddle Only Sidetone" option, but the WinKeyer still produces a tone when paddle input is sent (as the option implies).
