Unicode 17.0.0 #65
Description
Unicode 17.0.0 has been released, unicodedata2 should be updated.
Note that in #63 the CHANGELOG.md did not get updated to mention 16.0.0 support, which can give the false impression that the library does not support 16.0.0 at a glance on the PyPI page. Would be a good thing to resolve while closing this issue.
