Static linked assets in forge:head

Added

  • forge.HeadAssets — new SEOOption applied via app.SEO(). Injects
    preconnect hints, stylesheets, favicon <link> elements, and <script>
    tags into forge:head on every page. Assets are emitted in order:
    preconnect → stylesheets → favicons → scripts (Amendment A63).
  • forge.FaviconLink — struct declaring a single <link> for a favicon or
    touch icon. Rel is required; Type and Sizes are omitted when empty
    (Amendment A63).
  • forge.ScriptTag — struct declaring a single <script> element. Src
    loads an external script; Body template.JS inlines JavaScript when Src
    is empty. Async and Defer are only emitted for external scripts
    (Amendment A63).
