minor: Latest version / release notes vs website download #2436

Thanks for developing such a well designed tool, it has certainly helped in more than one case where CLI was far too cumbersome.

I don't know how long this has been going on, but did notice for at least a few months now there is a difference between the release notes: https://git-fork.com/releasenoteswin and the download version from https://git-fork.com/.

I noticed it effecting Evergreen EUCPilots/evergreen-module#791 as well which was getting its releases from https://git-fork.com/update/win/RELEASES

I figured maybe the releases were delayed for those who didn't purchase the app (didn't see that feature listed but could make sense) but noticed the current release notes show 28 Feb 2025 (delayed) which might imply that is actually a pre-release.

If it is intentional maybe it is worth tagging the release notes to make it clear what are public releases. If someone was to download it from the website but not notice the version number in the the filename being different might be confusing on how to get some releasenotes feature to work.

In terms of useful tools like Evergreen is there a way to get the current public version other than scraping the website (the release site it currently uses showed the 2.5 version too)?
