Is there a way to config how to open a file in File Tree?

Currently when I first time click the "Open" on a file in the File Tree it will prompt me to select a tool to open.
But from the next time on, it always use the last tool I selected and not letting me to re-config this.
Is there a way to config how to open a file in File Tree?
