I noticed that many background based apps works with Accessibility access. Making battery-drain non existent (or they just don't show at battery section). I can prove that macro-related things works always. So maybe Telegram-Fork can do the same? Like right now with unified push it at least receives calls & messages. But VOIP apps like Telegram really lacks connectivity. Because its the only time i see it being "online" other than SIM calls of course.
