[FeatureRequest] Send photos in High quality by default

In telegram there is the option within '...' menu in attachment dialog to send a photo in high quality. Please add an option to be able to send photos in high quality by default, without going to that menu each time.

What are you talking about? This can be set as default even in the official client.
