Saving can overwrite recently re-published settings in Form Builder window

Steps:

1. Go to Edit Form -> Publish tab, and click the "edit" icon for the published form.
2. In the Form Builder window, clicked the "Publish Settings" button, and in the modal that appears, changed the filename, then clicked "Update".
3. Once that was done, I clicked "Close" to close the modal
4. Click Save in the FB window.
5. Clicked the little "X" at the top right of the Form Builder window to close the window.

Result: it takes you back to the Publish tab but the old filename is still there. Now the reference to the (properly named) new filename is incorrect in the database.
