This update significantly expands the recoil system and introduces deeper control over weapon behavior than previous versions.

The most important change is the addition of Hand Rotation Recoil control, allowing NorthStar Recoil to influence weapon movement that was previously unaffected by recoil reduction settings.

This results in a smoother, more stable shooting experience while preserving weapon identity and responsiveness.

Hand Rotation Recoil

New Setting:

"HandRotationRecoil": 0.50

Controls weapon movement and hand rotation during firing.

This setting reduces the excessive weapon movement and "weapon dancing" that could still occur even when recoil values were heavily reduced.

This is the most significant addition in v1.2.0.

Horizontal Dispersion

New Setting:

"HorizontalDispersion": 0.50

Controls the width and randomness of horizontal recoil spread.

Players can now independently control recoil direction and recoil spread.

The Horizontal Bias system has been refined and now provides direct control over recoil pattern direction.

• 1.00 = Default recoil pattern
• Lower values bias recoil toward the right

Horizontal Dispersion

"HorizontalDispersion": 0.50

Controls how wide or tight the horizontal recoil pattern becomes.

Together, these settings provide significantly more control over horizontal recoil behavior than previous versions.
