SSC: Have `artifact get` also present additional scan informaion

Enhancement Request

Currently using the command fcli ssc artifact get will not tell you an FPR's other information like build-id, FPR certification status, and some other useful infomation that's present in an app version's artifact page.

The fcli ssc artifact get command should be updated to also return this information.
