Next.js 13

• Use latest React libraries (18.2)
• Upgrade from Next.js 12 to Next.js 13 (https://nextjs.org/docs/upgrading#upgrading-from-12-to-13)
• Update README and example content.

Not doing:

• Remove usage of Emotion libraries (if necessary). This was unnecessary for these updates.
