feat: change bottom navigation bar's inactive title color to grey #1079

Currently, the bottom navigation bar's titles are all purple whether their tab is active or not. Usually only the title of the active tab is of a different color.
We should change to title color of inactive tabs to grey(same as the color of inactive icons) and leave the color of active tab's title unchanged.
