attachments showing up as not found

**Describe the bug**
FIleNotFoundError is coming up when attachments are trying to be sent out. 
Stack Trace:
```
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'generated/tickets/attendees/tickets/pdf/4f8be7df-5bba-4017-a15c-70335dd306bd/aW05V1NNSG/4f8be7df-5bba-4017-a15c-70335dd306bd.pdf'

```

**Expected behavior**
Mail should be sent along with attachments
