Description

Upgrading the Soap API to include a welf of enhancements, now capable of handling punctuation, mixed cases, mixed phrases, meme speak terminologies, along with a new C++ class for the C++ side of the API allowing for C++ developers to use either C or C++ version of Soap.

Testing

New test cases were added for both C and C++ via Fossil Test.
