bump version to v02; moved free repo creation to install.sh, added simple wrapper to make keeping stored helper script in install.sh in sync with pve-nag-buster.sh easy.
pve-nag-buster.sh is so simple now that I should be able to condense it into 1-2 lines and directly implement it as dpkg hooks without the helper script.
