Replace or upstream `makes_use_of` relation

FBbi uses an internal object property, makes use of (FBbi:00000346), in expressions such as:

'X-ray microscopy' EquivalentTo 'microscopy' and ('makes use of' some 'X-ray illumination')

We should try to, either:

• replace that property with a property from the Relation Ontology (RO), or
• upstream that property to RO, or
• at the very least (if there is no suitable property in RO and RO is not interested in such a property) find a suitable parent property in RO to which we could attach FBbi:00000346.
