docs/how-to/encrypt-a-credential.md, docs/explanation/why-the-host-owns-the-module.md,
docs/requirement-ids.md and docs/provenance.md were referenced by mix.exs's
extras: but not yet written. getting_started_doc_test.exs replaces the
earlier probe/tour tests, running the getting-started tutorial as written --
it caught two real mismatches against the resource actions (idle_timeout_seconds
required for :on_demand, :mark_failed's reason/detail argument names vs the
attributes they store into).

skip_code_autolink_to gains entries for AshSandbox.Application.start/2 and
AshSandbox.Internal.DataLayerSection (+2 functions), which the new docs name
in backticks -- ExDoc treats the bare module and the fun/arity form as
separate entries.
