  • Stability & compatibility note (root + plugin README): the alpha posture by layer — [CTX] is the versioned contract, commands/flags still settling in 0.x, config keys additive with status.*→digest.* fallback.
  • [CTX] format version v1 declared (jira-comment-format + docs/JIRA_AGENT_COMMENT_FORMAT.md): implicit (bare [CTX] = v1, no per-comment token), additive optional sections, and a reserved [CTX v2] prefix for any future breaking bump. (#109)

No code change — v1 is implicit; readers/validator unchanged until a future v2.
