Fixed

  • ✎ handoff pending no longer persists after a handoff on a dirty working tree — and the /clear guardrail no longer blocks right after a handoff. The dirty-tree clause now respects a grace window (BITACORA_HANDOFF_GRACE, default 300s) so the handoff marker can clear it. Fixes both the statusLine and the shared precompact-handoff-check.sh guardrail. (#101, #113)
