First public release. Installation: download TouchPortalGoveeLANPlugin.tpp, run setup-firewall.ps1 as administrator (opens the UDP ports the plugin needs), then import the .tpp in Touch Portal via Settings → Import Plugin.

Before it works: enable "LAN Control" in the Govee Home app for each device, and assign each device a static local IP in your router's DHCP settings — the plugin tracks devices by IP, so if the address changes after a reboot your buttons stop working.

What's in it: 8 actions (turn on/off, toggle, turn all on/off, set/adjust brightness, set color, set/adjust color temperature), brightness and color temperature sliders and dials, per-device states for use in Touch Portal flows.

Requires Java 17+ and Touch Portal 4.0+. LAN Control must be enabled on each device in the Govee Home app.
