Installation

1. Download forminator-field-widths.zip
2. Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
3. Upload the ZIP file and activate
4. Navigate to Forminator → Field Widths to configure

• PHP 7.4 or higher
• Forminator 1.20.0 or higher
