This release candidate provides four public-safe Codex plugins:

  • enterprise-ai-coe-ops
  • health-intelligence-ops
  • prompt-eval-lab
  • vibe-os-frequency-lab

The bundle includes a local marketplace file at .agents/plugins/marketplace.json so users can extract the zip, add the extracted folder as a Codex marketplace, and install the plugins.

Install

codex plugin marketplace add <path-to-extracted-bundle>
codex plugin add enterprise-ai-coe-ops@starlight-public
codex plugin add health-intelligence-ops@starlight-public
codex plugin add prompt-eval-lab@starlight-public
codex plugin add vibe-os-frequency-lab@starlight-public

Open a fresh Codex thread after installation.

Verification

  • Four plugin folders validated with the plugin-creator validator.
  • Archive inspection found four .codex-plugin/plugin.json files.
  • Archive inspection found one .agents/plugins/marketplace.json file.
  • Strict personal path scan found no C:\Users, Users\frank, or .codex\ references.

Notes

The internal six-plugin wave also includes anime-legends-studio and agentic-ops-harness, but those remain private until IP/canon and operational references are sanitized.
