Yes Client is not aware of the holidays of the company (support team) hence need to inform client when they interact on helpdesk while creating new feature or replying to existing ticket.

There should be a provision to inform helpdesk clients while creating new tickets or replying to existing ticket about the company's holidays as defined in the Holiday List.
