Auto repeat ticket not occuring

I have created the auto repeat on mentioned necessary inputs but its not reflecting on configured time sharing the configure inputs below
sometimes its reflecting sometime its not happening i have configured daily from last week to till date but auto repeat is happened only on yesterday kindly help me to fix this issue
