Allow the user to edit the layout of the Ticket Sidebar to re-arrange the fields.

As of now if there are many fields, the user is bombarded by information from the sidebar and there is no categorization of the date, this feature will allow the user to create their own layouts according to there needs, this will be set by user with the role of "Agent Manager" or "Admin"
