This PR improves the Chinese localization (zh.po) for the HRMS app with the following changes:
Note: Some specialized HR terms have been given temporary translations where the exact functionality was unclear. These will be refined in future updates as I gain a better understanding of the specific features.
I'll continue to improve the Chinese localization in upcoming PRs to ensure the HRMS app provides a seamless experience for Chinese-speaking users.
