Problem

The title-page title prefixed \hspace*{-2.5pt} (an optical kern). That shift applies to the first line only, so a title that wraps to a second line had its later lines — and the rule below — sitting ~2.5pt right of the first line. Visibly misaligned (reported on a 2-line title).

Fix

Remove the kern so all title lines are flush-left at the margin, aligned with the rule and the Abstract/Keywords block. Keep a space after \Huge so the size declaration is terminated (otherwise \Huge + first word → \HugeRepair…, an undefined control sequence).

Verification

Rebuilt a report with a 2-line title — both lines now flush-left and aligned. 733 tests pass; ruff + mypy --strict clean. New test asserts the kern is gone and \Huge stays terminated.

The title block prefixed the title with `\hspace*{-2.5pt}` as an optical
kern. That shift only applies to the first line, so a title that wraps
had its later lines (and the rule below) sitting ~2.5pt to the right of
the first line — visibly misaligned.

Drop the kern so every line is flush-left at the margin. Keep a plain
space after `\Huge` so the size declaration is still terminated and the
title's first word is not parsed as part of the control word.
