This PR updates our
reactandreact-dompackages to 18.3.1, to align with ourreact-test-rendererrequirement.Result: prevents a 'Conflicting Peer Dependency' error from occurring when you run
npm installwhile your react package is under version 18.3.1.How to test
npm list react --depth=0in the terminal and verify that yourreactversion is below 18.3.1npm installand verify that it successfully installs the packages.
