Support local static builds #1116
Description
Can you please add support for local static builds. This would make possible to use DevDocs completely offline (without any server) or store docs on a USB drive or other storage to have them always with you (even if you are offline).
There should be support to build static files of DevDocs that can be hosted from any static server. If all dynamic things can't be supported, it is OK, it just needs to be functional.
