Proposed Changes

  • Add key models: TailscaleKey, KeyCapabilities, KeyCapabilitiesDevices, KeyCapabilitiesCreate
  • Add keys(), key(), create_key(), and delete_key() client methods
  • Add keys and delete-key CLI commands
  • Add dump keys and dump key commands for fixture collection
