New commands needed for LilyPond 2.26

Now that LilyPond 2.26, we have dozens of new commands that need to be added to `ly/words.py`.  I've attached a list of commands scrapped from the 2.26 documentation website and compared to `ly/words.py`.  I haven't double-checked the list, but it gives us an idea of the scope of the issue.
