Damn, that's so nice. If you ask my opinion (I am not a UI/UX designer) I would remove scroll bar, and once you click launch a full-screen picker kind of like the one in YouTube + our mobile apps (btw you can download both mobile apps, iOS from AppStore, Android from direct link). We don't support paging right now and this is planned to implement post-mvp. On Instragram mobile this is horizontally scrollable thing btw

But (imo) these feed cards should be just enough so people can peek at people, but not review them. And it's a good entry point, I don't think this component should be full-fledged profile viewers (let's discuss if you don't agree)

exactly, just brief overviews of profiles. I think it's great as it is atm. there could be visual stuff to nitpick about but that would be meaningless before finishing the MVP. great job so far by kotleni

"Friend Suggestion" Chip Thread

I think it's nice to have this component, but I doubt it's required for simple suggestion. I think it should be visible only if "Friend Request" or "External Network" is present in the user model

Btw a small note on how GitHub Discussions work, when someone is subscribed (or participating) in Discussion, they get notifications for every message send in that Discussion. Even if you don't tag them and even if it's a separate thread. So I received that message without tag actually. Just so you know, no problems at all, but yeah, tagging is very convenient when you just start the Discussion or want to invite someone there

I just have issues with github notifications in last weeks, they send me only email notifications but not in app/etc

On Android / iOS they are trimmed, with 'expand' button. After expand click it's obvious that this surface is scrollable

I personally love this design. I didn't understand that, but if I understand correctly after you click 'Skip' or 'Connect' it should show the next profile. If it's how it works, yeah, it's very cool

I don't know if you see it on this example, but it's barely noticeable that there is blur under the chip. And it is more noticeable when chip would be invisible otherwise

@kotleni I need your advice (maybe you can contribute that as well) on how to redesign a little profile page.

1. On both desktop and mobile newlines are not rendered, I suppose it's because text has been set to be a single line

2. On mobile it looks strange because of avatar offset, so probably these should be 2 different layouts for mobile and desktop

But I don't gave any good ideas on how to do that. Maybe you do? Because you seem to be good at UI designing.
