Anything holding this one back? Wasn't aware of that option in style-loader, but would make it a bit easier for devs to come in and customize a bit easier.

A couple things:

  • This would actually be a breaking change, as the order of css rules would be swapped, potentially messing up the appearance of someone's app.
  • I'm planning on getting rid of style-loader anyway, as it breaks server-side-rendering (see Move CSS to an external file #28)
