If you want to launch a translation, you should:

• git clone git@github.com:fs/docrails.git fs-docrails
• cd fs-docrails/railties/guides/source
• Copy the source files to ru-RU folder
• Translate
• Checkup html version with ruby rails_guides.rb
• Commit and push changes
• Do NOT translate the HTML files, as they are automatically generated
