Starting work on this! I've created a first PR that splits HtmlOperations.fs (1169 lines) into two files:

• HtmlOperations.fs (865 lines) — HtmlAttribute and HtmlNode operations + extensions
• HtmlDocumentOperations.fs (316 lines, new) — HtmlDocument module + HtmlDocumentExtensions + HtmlExtensions

The split follows a natural boundary in the code: HtmlDocument operations are conceptually separate from HtmlNode/HtmlAttribute operations. All 800+ tests pass.

Next candidates I'm tracking for future runs (avoiding files modified by open PRs #1665 and #1676):

• HtmlParser.fs (1221 lines)
• JsonGenerator.fs (784 lines)
• Helpers.fs (788 lines, DesignTime)
