The Channel9 video ("Understanding the World with F#") has been unavailable since Microsoft retired the Channel9 platform. This removes the broken
(iframe)element and the introductory sentence fromdocs/index.md.The archived version is available at the Wayback Machine (as noted in the issue), but hot-linking to archive.org is not ideal. If a replacement video is hosted elsewhere in future, it can be re-added.
