The "fsharpx" repo had bit-rotted badly partly because various bits like FSharpx.Collections and FSharpx.Async have now been stripped out.
This does a pass over the repo renaming it to FSharpx.Extras, removing some old things and getting things to compile
Some further parts of this repo may still be stripped out by @forki or others in the future, e.g. FSharpx.Functional and FSharpx.Text.StructuredFormat.
