[Bug] leftover zone if moved window from tiled to non tiled (no assigned)

Description

if you drag and drop a window from tiled VD to non assigned VD, the zone in there is occupied XD
and it's persist until daemon reload or close all apps

Expected Behavior

auto dismiss the leftover zone

Steps to Reproduce

1. use tile engine
2. create multiple window
3. switch to the non assigned VD
4. drag 1 or few window from tiled VD to non assigned VD via

3.4.12

what i did with the edge case, i think its handled it quite well.. tbh (what to do with extra windows in tiled zone, if we move it to other non tiled zone)
but if it's not what you expected, feel free to change XD

oh one question, did you remove the toggle to tile key?
pressing meta+f currently only made it to float, and when i meta+f again it still float (not toggling back to tile mode)
