[Bug] Move Window across display boundaries causes bounce back (CachyOS published 3.4.19)

Description

Using Meta+Alt+Shift+Left (or right) to move window, causes bounce back behavior moving window across display boundaries. This occurs in 3.4.19 build published in CachyOS repo. Roll back to 3.4.18 fixes the bugged behavior.

Expected Behavior

Expect window to move left/right crossing display boundaries landing into suitable tile position.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch kitty or other app on primary display
2. Attempt moving to tile on secondary display using shortcut (Meta+Alt+Shift+Left)

Note animation behavior starts move, and abruptly bounce to original location.

3. Hold shortcut long enough to trigger repeat, and release keys

Note animation is now looped, shuffling z-order and bounce back behavior.

Still working on this. Ended up having some massive bug fix PR that fix a lot of stuff.

I've pinned to 3.4.18, iirc, and monitoring for fix to drop.

BTW, Lab Bard agent thought this was significant enough to include in weekly work log review album. It bundled this and ghostty tip experiment in a song. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
