[Bug] Border tiling window decoration is broken in Plasma 6.8

Description

Border tiling window decoration activated and configured in PlasmaZones settings > Appearance > Decorations > General:
Borders enabled for Tiled and snapped windows:

Are not apply to any Qt/Kde app at all, borders are sharpers without rounded neither colors:

For no KDE/Qt apps such as Firefox, Thunderbirds, etc, the tiling borders is broken in different way, the normal Kwin windows border decoration is still present while tiling:

This is a regression because in Plasma 6.7 was working well

Expected Behavior

All apps and windows (KDE/Qt/Gtk) must be respect and correctrly display the PlasmaZones tilinig border decoration settings

Steps to Reproduce

in PlasmaZones settings > Appearance > Decorations > General enable borders and with the defauts dettings, any tiling app or windows is not correctly display the border config
