[Feature] Add an option to made Span modifier a toggle

Description

Add a toggle to allow the Span modifier to be a toggle, meaning you can press the assigned span modifier button and the mode will be enabled vs having to hold it down to merge the zones. Since this is an option, it won't change any default functionality

Problem it Solves

Allows for easier usage of span modifier in some scenarios. For example, I map the middle mouse button to span modifier and on some mice it's harder to hold both buttons. For users with accessibility issues this allows for more flexibility.

Also -- just wanted to say thank you! This software is phenomenal. Fancy Zones was my last "holdout" software that I've been trying to replace migrating to Linux and PlasmaZones goes above and beyond.

I'll add this for v3.1 that I've been working on. Might come before or after KDE 6.7 update. Not sure yet.
