[Bug] "Move Window Left" shortcut moves windows through multiple zones

Description

I have configured a snapping layout with multiple zones overlapping each other. When I move a window right using "Move Window Right" shortcut, it moves through every window one by one. When I try to move window left using "Move Window Left" shortcut, it moves through multiple window with one keypress. This faulty behavior was introduced sometime in 3.0.

Expected Behavior

Moving windows left should work in the same way as moving windows right. Window should move from one zone to another.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Move window right using "Move Window Right" shortcut -> it goes to the next zone
2. Move window left using "Move Window Left" shortcut -> it goes through multiple zones
