[Bug] PlasmaZones Layout Editor overwrites/deletes profile when selecting another DP

Description

I opened the Layout Editor and created a layout for my first monitor DP-1. I named it UW1, saved, applied and sorted my windows.
Then I opened the Layout Editor again, clicked DP-2 and started working on my 2nd monitor layout. I named it Vertical1, saved, applied and sorted my windows.
Then I realized that the first layout, UW1, was overwritten/deleted and both my monitors have Vertical1 layout instead.

Expected Behavior

Save each layout separately
