[Bug] ver 3.4 snapping zones leaving gap at bottom of screen, and not dodging top menu bar

Description

after update to 3.4, snapping zones are all shifted upwards, leaving gap at bottom of screen and zones extend underneath top menu bar.

editing the zones shows them at "100%" height, but cannot move or extend to bottom of screen:

Expected Behavior

snapping zones should dodge top menu bar and extend to edges of screen as configured.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure KDE plasma panel at top of screen, always shown (not floating)
2. use layout with 100% zones
3. snap windows to zone, and window will be partly under menu bar and leave gap at bottom of the screen.

after updating, i restarted the plasmazones.service, but did not relog or restart. after relogging, snapping zones aligned as expected, so issue is non-issue, and will close.
