"Têm" (plural) here is grammatically wrong, because it does not match with the next sentence "Leia cuidadosamente a...", so the right option would be "Tem" (singular), without the "^". Nonetheless, "Dúvidas sobre o curso?" sounds more natural to a Brazilian person.
