Replace hardcoded twoGiants owner with functions-dev in README.md, package.json, pages/index.html, and hack/next-plan-number.sh for the planned move to the functions-dev org. In ci.yml, use github.repository_owner and github.repository context variables so the workflow works correctly for forks and repo transfers.
