My patchman test lab install running 4.0.20-1 appears to have changed its behaviour with reporting timestamps, this seems to have occured only after upgrading to 4.0.20-1.
OS is set to Etc/UTC. Patchman used to be bang on. Now all timestamps are 4 hours behind UTC, ie if I make a report at 2135UTC the "last report" column states 5:35pm.
I've never modified the django settings file which as far as I can make out has "USE_TZ = true" set.
A few pointers please on how to correct this or what to check, happy to show any logs.
