relative dates have zeros for final entry

When relative dates are used, the final entry is always zero. I suppose for the date aggregation the dates are "period starting this date"?

I think the correct fix is having the plotted dates be "period ending in this date". An easy fix would be just to lop off the final date plotted.

The data was stale due to a problem in the upstream repo. Should be good now. Reopen if still a concern.
